Meaningless campaigns – you will starve now for two weeks or two months, you will train hard to look good at the alumni meeting - and then you will return to your old eating and physical habits –what is the point of all that? The result of this approach in 99% of the cases is that you simply wasted your efforts and the so-called “yo-yo” effect will hit you with incredible power.

We believe that the only dietary regimen that can be observed all your life is one - control, wise use of your favorite foods. Of the foods that you use in your daily life. Your ability to choose. We believe that a successful, healthy and scientifically based dietary regimen does not mean starvation, extreme restrictions but balancing, management of the widest possible choice of foods you love and you have access to.

For us the use of ready-made formulas, pre-made layouts with menus is a temporary solution. Yes, in many places you can get lists of foods that follow some logic and if they are prepared by a specialist, you follow them, most likely they will “work” and you will note some progress.

We think that the flaws of this approach are that in most cases you use the same or very similar foods again and again. How long you can eat steamed broccoli with cottage cheese? /as useful this combination is/. And the slice of whole grain bread to them? How much time can you do that while your family eats steak for example? Yes, you will resist for two weeks .. and then?
What happens when you switch back to your natural, usual or family meal? Can you eat steamed broccoli with cottage cheese, slice of whole grain bread, spinach, 175 g. lean beef .. and 10 more meals for the rest of your lives???

Why not have a healthy dietary regimen that include to some extend steaks, for example..or homemade cake ... or as heretical as it may sound, a glass of wine ??

We believe, and our experience further shows that with the appropriate combination of foods in your everyday life, with no great change in your eating habits you can achieve enormous progress.
