We would comment these standarts, especially to their part for adults. We think the indication of amounts that are considered adequate only on gender and years is not absolutely right.
Obviously, a large man who does heavy work in the sun, sweat a lot, waste energy and a short and slim man who work all day in front of his computer in the office equipped with an air conditioner, would have different need of water, we think completely different.
However, the recommended standarts for daily intake could be a good guide for every person to adapt to his or her lifestyle, figure and physical activity.
