It takes time to cook, it's not the easiest thing, but all the effort is well worth it.
If you are a fan of meat and gourmet, it is a challenge to experience the full richness of flavors.
Our lazy way to cook - put the meat in a deep saucepan, a little fat and 1-2 fingers of water./broth, beer, wine,mixture/.
Several herbs and spices to flavor the meat while it is stewed. Cover with aluminum baking foil and place in the oven for about 2 hours.
Take another 10 -15 minutes at a time to remove the foil,herbs and roast the meat to a nice crust.
If you also want a light garnish to be cooked together, add the chopped vegetables, which are to be stewed in the sauce and baked for a few minutes.
