A walk in the nature is a great way not only to burn a certain amount of calories and to reduce the overweight, but also to try to fight stress in our daily life. Modern man less take time to be in nature, enjoy the sights and sounds, the smell of natural wood.

Gym, exercises at home as useful they are, they cannot replace the feeling of communing with nature. Even an hour walk in the woods than energy cost, training the muscles in the lower part of the body, would give us positive energy. This is also a way to relax, to break out of the daily grind.

Stress and psychological tension we are facing is one of the bad sides of the modern world.

Unfortunately, stress causes not only psychological discomfort, it is one of the causes of

overweight, and may trigger much more serious diseases related to our hormonal balance.

Communing with nature is one of the most effective ways to reduce the harm caused by

stressful situations, to relax and escape from tension, to restore mental balance.

If you walk in relatively flat terrain, and normally not very high pace, you can expect energy

cost by about 300-450 kilocalories per hour depending on terrain, speed, your weight and the

way you do it.

Of course, this is not just physical exercise, it is also a way to get rid of negative emotions, to

be loaded with positive "energy" of nature.
