The rose that contain oil is a plant of the Rosaceae family. For the creation of industrial gardens, varieties of roses are selected so that the colors are as many as possible in one plant and the content of essential oil is as high as possible.

The rose blooms are traditionally picked by hand. It should be picked in the morning before sunrise until the beginning of the day - the time that the blossoms are thought to be richer in etyear oil.
